Acceptable use
Use it to help people, not harm them.
Transfer in Seconds is intended for legitimate file exchange between people who expect the transfer and are authorised to share its contents.
By using the service, you agree to follow applicable law, respect other people's rights, and comply with the security policies of the networks and organisations involved.
Do not use the service to
- send malware, ransomware, phishing material, or instructions intended to compromise a system;
- share illegal content or content you do not have permission to distribute;
- harass, deceive, threaten, or impersonate another person or organisation;
- transfer personal, confidential, or regulated data without proper authority and safeguards;
- bypass corporate controls, network policies, access restrictions, or security monitoring;
- probe, overload, disrupt, or reverse engineer the service or its infrastructure.
Enforcement and reporting
We may restrict access when activity threatens the service, its users, or infrastructure providers. Because direct file contents are not uploaded to us, recipients remain responsible for deciding whether a file is expected and safe to open.
